Front Desk Executive:

Job Type - Full Time
Min Qualification - Secondary School (SSCE)
Location - Lagos
Job Field - Administration Customer Care

Responsible for handling front office reception and administrative duties, including greetings and educating prospective clients about the company's services, answering phones, handling company inquiries, scheduling meetings and travellings for management.

Key Responsibilities

Make and Answer Calls.
Route calls to specific people.
Answer inquiries about company.
Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
Coordinate office activities.
Arrange appointments.
Send emails.
Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
Take and relay messages.
Update appointment calendars.
Schedule follow-up appointments.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

A secondary school diploma is required
Excellent communication skills
Professional attitude
Good organizational skills
Effective conflict management and decision-making
Previous experience in customer service is an asset
Ability to use a variety of computer applications e.g MS Word, Excel.
Administrative skills
Time management skills

Marketing Executives:

Job Type - Full Time
Min Qualification - BA/BSc/HND
Location - Lagos
Job Field - Sales/Marketing

Marketing Executives will manage the business processes involved in creating products(/service), identify and communicate value to the target market/customers.

Key Responsibilities

Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers and clients.
Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.
Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts.
Managing the production of marketing materials.
Writing and proofreading.
Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials.
Maintaining and updating customer databases.
organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
Conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups.
Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies.
Monitoring competitor activity.
Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Strong computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office programs.
Previous experience in a similar marketing role will an added advantage.
BSc or HND Holder, ages 24 above.
Strong and confident communicator.
Good copy writing skills and experience.
Graphic Design skills.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Ability to speak comfortably in front of large audiences.
